Expectations

Each student must have their own clean, private bedroom that includes:

• A bed and mattress (no futons) 

• Desk and chair

• Closet or dresser

• Good lighting

• Window

• Internet access

Double placement might be requested occasionally 

Host families typically provide:

• Breakfast

• Lunch (or lunch supplies)

• Dinner

Students should be treated as a member of the household and included in regular family meals whenever possible.
